Shipping
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. Orders are dispatched from Sofia within two working days.
- Bulgaria: 1 to 2 working days after dispatch
- Rest of the European Union: 3 to 5 working days after dispatch
A tracking link is sent by email when the parcel leaves us. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are processed on the next working day.
Returns and exchanges
You may return a piece within 14 days of delivery. Send it back unworn, with its tags still on, in a condition we could sell it in.
- Write to sales@nitex50.com with your order number and we will tell you where to send the parcel.
- Return postage is paid by you. We do not send return labels.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 working days of the parcel reaching us.
- For an exchange, tell us the size you want when you write. If it is in stock we hold it for you.
Sizing and fit
Every piece is made in S, M and L. The numbers in the size guide are measurements of the garment rather than of the body, and they are given in centimetres.
- The cloth is woven and has no stretch. If you fall between two sizes, take the larger one.
- Measure a garment you already own and like the fit of, then compare it with the table.
- If you are still unsure, write to us with your usual size in another brand and we will tell you what we think.
Material and care
The cloth is woven and dyed in our own mill in Sofia. Each product page lists the exact composition for that piece, and the care label inside the garment is the instruction to follow.
- Wash cool and on a gentle cycle, or dry clean if the label asks for it.
- Do not tumble dry. Dry flat and out of direct sun.
- Iron on a medium setting, on the reverse of the cloth.
- Hang tailored pieces on a shaped hanger rather than folding them.
Payment
Prices are shown in euro and include VAT. Payment is taken when the order is placed, and the methods available to you are listed at checkout.
- Card payments are handled by the payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
- An order confirmation is emailed as soon as the payment goes through.
