These terms apply to every order placed on sofia-lara.com. Please read them before you buy, because placing an order means accepting them.
Who you are buying from
This shop is operated by Nitex-50, trading as Sofia Lara, at ul. Prof. Hristo Toprakchiev 10, Gara Iskar, 1528 Sofia, Bulgaria. Company registration and VAT numbers to be inserted here before launch. You can reach us at sales@nitex50.com.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract between us is formed when we send the dispatch confirmation for that order, not when the order confirmation arrives. If a piece turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we cancel that line and refund it in full.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in euro and include VAT at the applicable rate.
- Shipping is free on all orders, so the price shown is the price you pay.
- Payment is taken when the order is placed.
- We may correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch. If we do, we tell you first and you may cancel.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched from Sofia within two working days. Delivery takes 1 to 2 working days in Bulgaria and 3 to 5 working days elsewhere in the European Union. These are estimates rather than guaranteed dates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Cancelling and returning
If you are a consumer in the European Union you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Tell us within those 14 days and send the goods back without undue delay, and in any case within 14 days of telling us.
- Goods must be returned unworn, with tags attached, in a condition we could sell them in.
- Write to sales@nitex50.com with your order number and we will tell you where to send the parcel.
- You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We do not send return labels.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5 working days of the parcel reaching us.
- You are liable for any loss in value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Faulty or misdescribed goods
Your statutory rights under Bulgarian and European Union consumer law are not affected by anything on this page. If a piece is faulty or not as described, tell us and we will repair it, replace it or refund you, and we bear the cost of the return.
Our liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking this contract. We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Intellectual property
The text, photographs, garment designs and the Sofia Lara name belong to us. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.
Complaints
Write to sales@nitex50.com first and we will try to settle the matter directly. Consumers may also refer a complaint to the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection.
Governing law
Bulgarian law governs these terms, and the Bulgarian courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in another member state of the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country you live in.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published here on the day you place it. Date of last revision to be added at launch.
